The International Registry of Lethal Hands is a privately maintained registry. Registry documentation is ceremonial in nature and does not confer legal status, authority, classification, or recognition under any jurisdiction.
Registry entries do not affect legal rights or obligations. Fees cover processing, documentation, and dispatch and are non-refundable once entry is recorded.
Administrative record updates are provided at no cost prior to printed documentation dispatch. Once printed Registry documentation has been dispatched, updates require a $30 administrative processing fee.
