    Registry documentation is ceremonial in nature and does not confer legal status,
    authority, classification, or recognition under any jurisdiction.

  • Registry entries do not affect legal rights or obligations. Fees cover processing,
    documentation, and dispatch and are non-refundable once entry is recorded.

  • Administrative record updates are provided at no cost prior to printed
    documentation dispatch. Once printed Registry documentation has been
    dispatched, updates require a $30 administrative processing fee.
